Refund

1 We accept returns on most unused, unworn products within 30 days of delivery.
2 For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept the following items back for return:
Swim and Bodysuits
Intimates
Face masks
Earrings;
3 Please get in touch with us for the return address, and do not send back the items without contacting us to avoid loss.
4 Your money will be refunded to your original payment method when we receive the items.
5 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost or reship to you as requested.


Exchange

1 Please contact us for an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request.
2 If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will help you select an alternative product.
3 Items purchased with special offers or discounts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4 For size-related issues, we allow one exchange only for the same item.
5 Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Damaged or Defective Goods

We always insist on high-quality products and strict quality control. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will reply to you within 48 hours.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost or reship to you as requested.
